Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, squeezed and rinsed
    1 large onion
    3/4 stick butter
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. cooked seashell macaroni
    2 links kielbasa, sliced julienne style
    1 c. diced raw carrot
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter with mushrooms.
    Add sauerkraut; fry for a short time.
    (Keep adding a little water so the mixture doesn't dry out.)
    Add salt and pepper.
    In a casserole dish, add all the ingredients.
    Add a little more water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 or 3/4 hour.
