Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. rice (long cooking rice)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can onion soup or 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
    1 fryer, cut up (skinless)
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick\tmargarine in a casserole dish. Wash the rice and place
    in
    melted margarine. Salt and pepper chicken. Place on rice.
    Pour onion soup and cream of chicken soup over chicken. Add 1 can of water. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a covered dish at 350\u00b0.
