White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2/3 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    4 to 5 c. flour
    melted real butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add next 5 ingredients to yeast mixture.
    Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until soft, pliable dough is formed.
    Knead on floured board about 3 minutes.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and divide into 3 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Yields 3 large loaves.
