Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. grated carrot
Preparation

Beat sugar and oil together.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Batter will be very runny.
May add nuts or raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in greased pan.
