Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
Preparation
    In a bag, shake flour, salt and pepper; add chicken to bag and shake to coat.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking dish; roll chicken in butter and place skin down in dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. In saucepan, melt 1/2 stick butter; stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
    Turn chicken over; pour mixture over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer.
