Laura'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef (round is best)
    1 c. 4C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, adding enough water to moisten bread crumbs.
    Form into 1 1/2-inch round balls and bake (or pan brown) at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Loosen from pan and roll on paper towel to remove any excess fat and add to sauce.
