Homestyle Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. pork
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    1/2 lb. whole cranberries
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put in Dutch oven pot 3 or 4 cups of cold water and rinsed sauerkraut.
    Add whole cranberries and mushrooms.
    Cover with more cold water to 1 inch of cooking pot.
    Add pepper.
    Cover until boils, then simmer for 3 hours, or until when,
    using fork to pierce meat, it falls apart.
    Serves 6.
