Glazed Orange Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
1 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place chicken skin side up in 7 x 12-inch metal pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine next 5 ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour over chicken. Bake 35 minutes.
Remove chicken from pan.
Stir cornstarch mixture into pan juices and bring to boil over high heat.
Return chicken to baking pan and turn to coat.
Increase oven temperature to 450\u00b0.
Bake chicken 10 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
Looks great with a broccoli stalk on the side!
