15 ripe bell peppers
15 large onions

Grind in food chopper.
Cover with boiling water.
Drain and cover with weak boiling vinegar.
Drain and add 1 pint vinegar, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon salt.
Cook 20 minutes.
