Salmon-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can cream-style corn
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon.
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Combine with other ingredients using 1 cup crumbs.
Put in casserole and cover with 1/4 cup crumbs and dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
