Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can kraut, squeezed dry and chopped
1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2/3 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix vegetables in a bowl.
Blend sugar, vinegar and oil.
Pour over vegetables.
Mix and chill at least 2 hours.
Good with bean supper.
