Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can apricot nectar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 envelope Knox plain gelatine
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 large ruby red grapefruit, sectioned
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup nectar to a boil; add Jell-O and dissolve.
    In 1/2 cup nectar, dissolve the plain gelatine, then add to hot Jell-O. Add remaining nectar.
    Cool until thickened.
    Pour into square glass dish.
    Add pineapple and sectioned grapefruit.
    Continue to chill until firm, stirring occasionally.
