Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix all other ingredients. Refrigerate until used.
    May be kept several days.
    Cook in greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
