Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 bunch fresh broccoli with stalks cut off
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese in saucepan.
    Add milk and soup and bring to a boil.
    In a casserole dish, add rice and broccoli and pour over cheese mixture.
    Stir until moist and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden.
