Quick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can luncheon meat
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can small whole onions
    1 can sliced carrots
    2 cans white potatoes
    1 can green peas
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Brown the meat slightly in the oil.
    Add the onions, carrots, potatoes, peas, seasoning and water.
    Bring the mixture to a boil and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
