Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
Blend in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually; stir until thick.
Add other ingredients, stirring constantly.
