Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and blend well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar mixture. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
    Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
