Apple Strudel(Germany) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    6 large apples, peeled and sliced
    6 sheets phyllo dough
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    Spread (brush) phyllo dough with melted butter.
    Cover with damp paper towels.
    Mix fruit, sugar and lemon juice.
    Spread fruit down center of phyllo dough.
    Roll jelly roll style.
    Make 3 diagonal knife slits.
    Spread top with melted butter.
    Sprinkle top with sugar.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 until brown and until apples pierced with fork are tender.
    Serves 4.
