Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    5 eggs, hard-boiled
    4 to 5 tsp. relish
    1 tsp. mustard (more if desired)
    Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
    Boil eggs, 8 to 10 minutes; set aside.
    Put potatoes into bowl, add mustard and enough Miracle Whip to moisten.
    Add relish and all but two eggs. Mix to desired consistency.
    Slice the two remaining eggs and garnish top of potato salad.
    Serve hot or cold.
