Watermelon Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. seeded, cubed watermelon
    6 oz. can frozen fruit punch concentrate, thawed
    2 c. lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Preparation
    In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blades, place watermelon cubes.
    Cover; process until smooth.
    Pour watermelon puree into 2 quart non-metal freezer container; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Freeze 2 hours; stir well.
    Freeze until slush consistency, about 3 to 4 hours longer.
    Makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
