Grace'S Pasta E Fagiole Bianco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (19 oz.) cans cannellini beans
1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth (remove fat)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato
3 gloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. Locatelli cheese (optional)
1/4 c. white wine (optional)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. small pasta shells or preferred pasta
Preparation

Boil pasta and set aside.
Brown garlic, onion and oil in a nonstick frying pan.
Olive oil is optional.
Puree 1 can of cannellini beans with water in can in a blender.
