Potato Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large white potatoes
2 large banana squash
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
seasoned salt
paprika
Preparation

Cut potatoes and squash (separately) into small cubes of equal size.
Boil potatoes.
Add squash approximately 10 minutes later for even cooking.
Drain and mash the two together for mashed potato-style texture.
Add the curry powder and melted butter; season to taste.
Place mixture in a baking dish.
Brush butter across top of mixture.
Sprinkle top with more curry powder and paprika.
Brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
