Artichoke Hearts Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can nonmarinated artichoke hearts
    1 can pitted black olives
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) brick (sharp) cheese
    seasonings to taste (salt, pepper and minced garlic)
    oil (enough for salad)
Preparation
    Drain artichoke hearts, olives and mushrooms.
    Cube cheese and mix with vegetables.
    Add seasonings and oil.
    Toss and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
