Golden Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
6 thin slices ham
6 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
-
Pound each chicken breast half to a 7 1/2 x 6-inch piece. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
