Warm Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed red potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped purple onion
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chives
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Boil potatoes and drain.
Place potatoes and onion in a bowl. Combine all other ingredients and mix all together.
Yield: 4 servings, 69 calories and 1.2 fat per 1/2 cup serving.
