Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked yellow squash
    1 medium carrot, grated (raw)
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 small jar pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Combine margarine and stuffing mix with a dash of salt and pepper.
    Line casserole dish with stuffing (you can use a pastry blender to get a good consistency of mix and margarine).
