Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. processed American cheese, diced
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Put milk and diced cheese in the top of double boiler.
Remove from heat when melted.
Drain pimento and dice into small pieces. Add to cheese and milk with salt.
Yields 1 3/4 cups.
