Lemon Fluff Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3 eggs, separated (at room temperature)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cream whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Beat egg whites until peaks; add sugar.
Beat again until stiff.
Blend in remaining ingredients; mix well.
Spoon into baked shell.
Freeze for 2 or 3 hours until firm.
Defrost 15 minutes before serving.
