Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated cheese
parsley, salt and pepper
2 c. zucchini, sliced wafer thin
Preparation

With a whisk, combine all ingredients well except zucchini. Add zucchini.
Grease pan.
Pour mixture into pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Test with toothpick for doneness.
It should be slightly brown on top.
