Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. blueberries (unsweetened), partially thawed if frozen
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (for garnish)
Preparation

In large bowl, mix flour, 2/3 cup sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in blueberries.
In small bowl, beat eggs, milk and butter; add to blueberry mixture.
Stir just until blended.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
