Rolled Oats Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. old fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    paprika to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery until tender-crisp in oil.
    Next mix everything except sauce.
    Add to meat and mix well.
    Pack tightly into a pan or ring and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Pour tomato sauce on top before baking.
    Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
