Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, crusts removed
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    12 eggs
    1/2 c. maple syrup
Preparation
    Coat 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Make 1 layer with 6 slices bread, cubed.
    Make second layer with cubed cream cheese.
    Top with layer of 6 slices of bread, cubed. Combine milk, eggs and syrup and pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in morning at 350\u00b0
    for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Great for brunch!
