Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco, oleo or butter
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine peanut butter, oleo or butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and beat, until well blended.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda; add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Mix just until blended.
    Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with tines of fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes or until set and just brown.
    Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet.
