Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion
    4 potatoes
    6 carrots
    1 pkg. brown gravy (McCormick)
    Lawry's season salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil meat and onion until tender.
    Add potatoes, carrots and brown gravy package.
    Cover top of stew with seasoned salt real well.
    Simmer about 2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
