Microwave Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place margarine in 2-cup measure.
    Microwave at High (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    Stir in flour.
    Blend in milk, mustard and salt.
    Reduce power to Medium-high (70%). Microwave until thickened, 2 to 5 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in cheese until melted.
    Serve over hot vegetables.
    Makes 4 servings.
