Ingredients

1 bunch carrots
1 qt. boiling water
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
little salt
little paprika
Preparation

Scrape small whole carrots.
Cook in boiling salted water until tender, drain.
Cook sugar, butter and 1/4 cup hot water together 5 minutes. Pour over cooked carrots and bake about 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
Baste with syrup.
