Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (crushed)
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 orange, grated (juice and rind)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. finely chopped apple
Preparation

Drain pineapple; measure juice.
Measure juice from orange and add to pineapple juice; if not 2 cups, add water to make 2 cups. Heat to a boil.
Add Jell-O and stir.
Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, grated orange, chopped apple and pecans.
Pour in a mold and chill overnight.
