Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 zucchini
    2 eggs, beaten
    flour
    Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise in 1/2 inch slices.
    Dip in egg and then in flour.
    Fry slices until golden brown.
    These slices may be frozen now for later use.
    Layer slices with Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce.
    Bake until bubbly at 375\u00b0.
