Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    12 to 13 c. dry bread pieces
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. poultry broth
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Saute onions and celery.
    Pour over bread.
    Add seasoning; mix well.
    Moisten well with broth. Add eggs; mix well.
    Pack lightly in crock-pot and cover.
    Set on high for 45 minutes.
    Cook on low heat for 4 to 8 hours.
