Pannekaker(Norwegian Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    4 eggs or egg substitute
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and cottage cheese.
    Add other ingredients and beat with mixer or blender until well mixed. Bake on hot greased griddle until bubbles break on surface.
    Turn and bake until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
    Can add fruit (diced) or berries, etc., to batter.
    Yields 24 (4-inch) pancakes.
