Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced black olives
4 cans chopped mushrooms
2 jars pimentos
2 bell peppers, diced
2 c. cooked diced chicken or turkey
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 lb. spaghetti
6 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute onions, celery, olives, mushrooms, pimentos and bell peppers in butter and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
Add broth and simmer for 15 minutes more.
Add chicken. Cook and drain spaghetti.
Layer spaghetti, sauce and cheese in casseroles.
Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
May be frozen.
