Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 chicken breast, boiled and cut into bite size pieces
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chicken broth
1 small jar pimento
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (except Ritz crackers and margarine).
Place in baking dish.
Put crushed Ritz crackers on top.
Slice margarine on top of crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
