Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add garlic, buttermilk and egg.
Fry tablespoons of the butter in deep hot fat (375\u00b0) for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Drain.
Serve hot.
