Kentucky Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar, salt and flour with electric mixer.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Stir in corn and milk.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0.
    Stir halfway through cooking. When done, pudding will be a golden brown.
    The mixture can be assembled ahead of time and kept refrigerated.
    In this case, shake well before pouring into baking dish.
