Saucy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. bell pepper flakes
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can French cut green beans
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into serving size pieces.
    Coat with flour and pound into beef with mallet to tenderize.
    Brown beef in oil in a 10-inch skillet.
    Push beef to side.
    Cook and stir onions next to beef until tender.
