Rabbit Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    thickening of choice or 2 oz. flour to 3 oz. cold water in lidded jar; shake well to remove lumps
Preparation
    Cook rabbit 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Take meat off bone; cut into small pieces. Place rabbit meat and other ingredients listed except for thickening in suitable-size saucepan; cook until vegetables are done. Add salt and pepper and thickening. Turn off heat. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
