Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, butter, salt and spices together and add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour mixture into a buttered, 1 1/2-quart size baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
