Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. shredded Simply Potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sharp cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a bowl.
    Adjust seasoning.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    Turn into casserole dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes on second rack.
