Lemon Chicken With Thyme(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 lb. total)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    In a plastic bag, shake together flour, salt, and pepper.
    Add the chicken and shake to coat.
    Remove chicken and reserve excess flour.
    In a large skillet, warm 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
    Brown chicken on one side for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining oil; turn the chicken and brown well on the other side.
    Transfer chicken to plate and set aside.
