Green Apple Mignonnette Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lime juice
    3/4 c. finely diced, peeled tart green apple
    3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    3 Tbsp. tomato, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. anchovy paste or 3 canned anchovy fillets, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. crushed dried hot red chilies
Preparation
    In a 3 1/2 cup jar, combine lime juice, apple, garlic, tomato, sugar, anchovies and chilies.
    Use or cover tightly and refrigerate the sauce.
    Keeps ready to use up to 1 month.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
